Detach OCTO Port cap from Retractor using Port Cap Lever placed in four ways.

Pull Universal Port strongly twisting it as the bottom of Universal Port is designed to be firmly fixed on silicon cover.

Silicon cover without Universal Port can accept instruments of diameter min.15mm to max. 32mm.

For safer installation, attach OCTO Port cap to Retractor after inserting the instrument correctly.

Universal Port can be installed again on silicon cover in reverse order described above after finishing using the instrument.
